Capture the Black in Tech Mixer at BBC HQ,  an event connecting 100 Black tech professionals and create a film that supports funding and future growth.

Execution
We focused on real-time conversations, room energy, and attendee experiences. We captured guest testimonials and conducted two formal interviews with the event organisers to provide strategic context and a corporate layer for the BBC’s audience. The final deliverable was a tight, social-friendly 3-minute highlight film balancing emotion with credibility.

 

Result
The BBC team were very happy with the result, now used to support stakeholder buy-in, partner conversations, and funding for the next edition of the event.
